Ingredients

  • 12 fresh baby carrots
  • 12 baby red potatoes, halved
  • 12 ounces JENNIE-O® Slow Roasted Turkey Breast Roast, grab-n-go dinner from the service deli
  • thyme sprigs, for garnish
  • cranberry sauce, if desired

Directions

  1. Steam carrots until tender. Roast potatoes until brown and tender. Serve with turkey, thyme and cranberry sauce, if desired.
