Ingredients

  • 1 medium English cucumber, chopped
  • 3 cups peeled and chopped peaches
  • 1 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped ginger
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 (24-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Applewood Smoke Flavor Turkey Breast Tenderloin, cut into six equal pieces

Directions

  1. For salsa in medium bowl combine, cucumber, peaches, onion, ginger, brown sugar, vinegar and pepper flakes; mix and set aside.
  2. Grill tenderloins as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer. Cut into 6 equal pieces. Serve turkey topped with salsa.
