(24-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Applewood Smoke Flavor Turkey Breast Tenderloin
watermelon slice, cut 1-inch thick from center of the widest part
cup crumbled Feta cheese
cup Kalamata olives, sliced
cup chopped mint leaves
tablespoon balsamic glaze
Prepare grill for medium heat.
Place tenderloins directly on grate. Grill, turning occasionally, until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of the meat reaches 165°F., approximately 45-50 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and let rest 5-10 minutes before slicing. Shred and set aside.
Grill watermelon slice 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly charred. Cut into wedges. Place shredded turkey on watermelon slices.
Top with Feta cheese, olives and mint leaves. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
