medium English cucumber, chopped
cups peeled and chopped peaches
cup chopped red onion
tablespoons chopped ginger
cup brown sugar
cup apple cider vinegar
teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
(24-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Applewood Smoke Flavor Turkey Breast Tenderloin, cut into six equal pieces
For salsa in medium bowl combine, cucumber, peaches, onion, ginger, brown sugar, vinegar and pepper flakes; mix and set aside.
Preheat grill over medium heat, place tenderloins directly on grate. Grill, turning occasionally, until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of the meat reaches 165°F., approximately 45-50 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and let rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Cut into 6 equal pieces.
Serve turkey topped with salsa.
