Ingredients

  • ¾ cup plain Greek-style yogurt
  • ⅓ cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 2¼ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne powder
  • 1 (2-pound) package JENNIE-O® Turkey Burgers - Made with White Turkey
  • 6 Kaiser rolls, split
  • 6 lettuce leaves
  • 6 tomato slices
  • feta cheese, if desired

Directions

  1. In bowl combine, yogurt, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic and cayenne powder; mix and chill in refrigerator 30 minutes. Bring to room temperature before serving.
  2. Grill burgers as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
  3. On roll bottom, add lettuce, tomato, burger, yogurt mixture and cheese, if desired. Cover with roll top.
