Ingredients

  • ¼ cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey
  • 1 (5-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • ⅔ cup sliced green onions
  • 6 lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, mustard, garlic, ginger and pepper; set aside.
  2. Cook turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Add soy mixture and water chestnuts to turkey. Stir to combine. Remove from heat.
  3. Add carrot and green onions. Spoon turkey mixture into lettuce cups.
