Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 ciabatta buns, sliced in half
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • 8 ounces JENNIE-O® Tender Browned Turkey Breast, from the service deli
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 24 thin slices cucumber

Directions

  1. Spread mayonnaise on buns. Add cranberry sauce, turkey, spinach and cucumber. Replace bun top and slice sandwich in half.
