Turkey Enchiladas Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Cook taco meat as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer. In 9x13-inch baking pan, spread ¾ cup of enchilada sauce. On top of sauce, evenly space 4 tortillas. Add ½ taco meat evenly and top with ½ cup cheese.
  2. Add another layer of tortillas and repeat the process. For the top layer place remaining tortilla, sauce and cheese. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until hot.
