Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup halved red and yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • ⅓ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup tortilla strips

Directions

  1. Cook turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer. Add seasoning and water. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in black beans.
  2. Arrange lettuce on individual serving plates or one platter. Top with turkey mixture, tomatoes and avocado slices. Drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with tortilla strips.
