Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Taco Seasoned Ground Turkey
  • 2 cups thinly shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 hard taco shells, heated as specified on package
  • 1½ cups LA VICTORIA® SUPREMA® Salsa
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • sour cream, if desired

Directions

  1. Cook turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
  2. Divide turkey, lettuce and cheese among taco shells. Serve topped with salsa, avocado and sour cream, if desired.
