Roasted Honey and Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Tossed with bacon, mustard, honey and orange juice, these roasted Brussels sprouts just might steal the show.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • salt and freshly ground pepper, if desired
  • 6 slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon, chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. On large baking sheet, toss together Brussels sprouts, mustard, butter, orange juice, honey, salt and pepper, if desired. Bake 40 minutes or until crisply tender.
  2. In skillet over medium heat, cook bacon 5 minutes or until browned and crisp; remove to paper towel to drain. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Add to Brussels sprouts; toss to combine.
