(12-ounce) bags fresh or frozen cranberries
sprigs kaffir lime leaves
Remove peel from oranges, lemons and limes. Mince peel. Juice fruit.
In large saucepan, combine cranberries, fruit juices, peel, honey, lime leaves and cinnamon sticks.
Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
Store in refrigerator. Remove lime leaves and cinnamon sticks before serving.
