vanilla bean, split
ground cinnamon, if desired
cup whipping cream, whipped
In saucepan, heat cider, vanilla bean and orange peel to boiling.
Remove from heat; let steep 30 minutes.
Remove vanilla bean and orange peel. Return cider to simmering.
Pour cider into mugs. Sprinkle cider generously with cinnamon. Top with whipped cream and another sprinkle of cinnamon.
