Ingredients

  • ½ cup JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
  • 3 tablespoons ginger-sesame dressing
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cashews
  • ⅓ cup edamame
  • ¼ cup mandarin oranges
  • ⅓ cup chopped Napa cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves

Directions

  1. Cook turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
  2. In pint jar, add dressing, turkey, cashews, edamame, mandarin oranges, cabbage and cilanro. Secure jar top and refrigerate until ready to serve.
