Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Ground Turkey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill leaves
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • ⅓ cup feta cheese crumbles

Directions

  1. Combine ground turkey and rosemary, basil, lemon peel, dill, salt, pepper and egg in a large bowl. Do not over-mix. Shape into 24 1-inch balls and place on greased jelly-roll pan.
  2. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in center reaches 165°F.
