teaspoon kosher salt
teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Havarti cheese slices
cup arugula leaves
large tomato, sliced
small brioche or onion roll hamburger buns, toasted
Heat grill to 400°F.
Shape into 4 patties.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
