(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Ground Turkey
tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary leaves
tablespoon fresh chopped basil leaves
tablespoon fresh chopped dill leaves
tablespoon grated lemon peel
teaspoon kosher salt
teaspoon freshly ground pepper
egg, lightly beaten
cup feta cheese crumbles
Combine ground turkey and rosemary, basil, lemon peel, dill, salt, pepper and egg in a large bowl.
Do not over-mix.
Shape into 24 1-inch balls and place on greased jelly-roll pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in center reaches 165°F.
