  1. Mix yogurt, Sriracha, garlic, lemon juice, pepper and cilantro in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Cook turkey burgers as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
  3. Spread Sriracha sauce on bun bottom. Add turkey burger, tomato and lettuce. Replace bun top.
