red bell pepper, sliced into bite sized strips

green bell pepper, sliced into bite sized strips

small onion, sliced

teaspoons olive oil

(19.5-ounce) JENNIE-O® Lean Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage

sausage rolls, sliced and toasted

In large bowl, toss together peppers, onions and oil; place in air fryer basket.

Cook at 360°F 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until vegetables are tender and browned. Remove from air fryer basket.

Place sausages in air fryer basket. Cook at 360°F 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Always cook to well-done.

Serve sausages in rolls with peppers and onions.
