cup canned green chilies

In large bowl, combine rice, onions, turkey, celery, sunflower seeds, raisins and avocados. Set aside.

To make the dressing, process cilantro, chilies, garlic, oil, vinegar and honey in a food processor or blender until smooth. Drizzle over salad.
