cup shredded carrot
cup thinly sliced red onion
tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
teaspoons lime juice
(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey
cup barbeque sauce
whole-grain sandwich buns,split
In bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, onion, mayonnaise, lime juice and sugar. Mix well. Set aside.
In medium bowl, combine turkey, barbeque sauce and breadcrumbs; mix. Shape into 4 patties. Cook turkey patties 14 to 16 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer. Serve burgers topped with coleslaw in buns.
