portobello mushroom caps
slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon, slices cut in half
(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Turkey Burger Patties
teaspoons Cajun seasoning
cup blue cheese crumbles
Heat grill to medium. Grill mushroom caps 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through. Set aside.
Cook turkey bacon according to package directions.
Season turkey burgers with Cajun seasoning. Cook turkey burgers according to package directions. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Place cooked turkey burgers on mushroom caps. Top with turkey bacon and blue cheese crumbles.
