(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
(15-ounce) can HORMEL® Turkey Chili with Beans
potatoes, peeled and cubed
cups sliced celery
cup low-sodium chicken broth
teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground turkey to hot skillet. Stir to crumble, approximately 14 to 16 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
Add chili with beans, potatoes, celery, onion, broth and pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
