(5 to 9-pound) JENNIE-O® Premium Basted Bone-In Young Turkey Breast with Gravy Packet
(14-ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
to 6 cups hot, mashed potatoes
In 5 to 6-quart slow cooker, place water and onions. Place turkey breast over onions. Cover. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or until temperature is 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
Remove turkey to cutting board. Use slotted spoon to remove caramelized onions. In saucepan, combine gravy packet and cranberry sauce. Heat to boiling. Boil and stir 1 minute. Slice turkey. Serve turkey with onions and mashed potatoes. Ladle gravy over top.
