jumbo pasta shells
ounces JENNIE-O® Hickory Smoked Honey Roasted Turkey Breast from the service deli, chopped
cup shredded zucchini
cup finely chopped red pepper
tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
tablespoons olive oil
tablespoons red wine vinegar
clove garlic, minced
teaspoon Italian seasoning
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In large bowl, combine turkey, zucchini, pepper, and cheese.
In small bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, garlic, seasoning, and sugar. Pour over turkey and toss.
Spoon turkey mixture into each pasta shell. Place shells, filled side up, in baking dish. Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
