slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon
large jalapeño peppers, seeded and sliced in half lengthwise
(8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 400° F.
Preheat a nonstick skillet or electric griddle over medium heat (375°F.). Heat slices of bacon for 6-7 minutes or until desired crispness, turning frequently.
Chop 4 bacon slices. In small bowl, stir together cream cheese and chopped bacon. Spoon mixture into jalapeño halves.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Chop remaining 2 bacon slices. Top jalapeños with bacon.
Bake 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
