(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
cup onions, finely chopped
garlic cloves, minced
egg white, lightly beaten
tablespoons harissa (North African chili paste), divided
tablespoon smoked paprika
salt and freshly ground pepper, if desired
cup fat-free mayonnaise
buns, split, buttered and toasted
medium tomato, sliced
In small bowl, combine sugar, vinegar, onion, and radishes. Set aside in refrigerator.
In bowl, combine turkey, onion, garlic, egg white, 2 tablespoons harissa, paprika, and salt and pepper, if desired; mix well. Shape mixture into 4 patties. Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Over medium-high heat cook turkey patties 12 to 16 minutes.
Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground turkey to hot skillet. Stir to crumble, approximately 14 to 16 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
In bowl, combine mayonnaise and remaining 2 tablespoons harissa. Spread cut sides of each bun.
Top bottom of bun with patty, tomato, and lettuce. top with radish mixture and bun top.
