JENNIE-O® Turkey Burgers - Made with White Turkey
(8-ounce) package fresh mushrooms
cup diced red pepper
ounces crumbled Bleu cheese
hamburger buns, split and toasted
Preheat grill on medium heat. Place frozen burgers 4 inches from heat source for 9-10 minutes per side (turning twice) and until fully cooked to 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
In skillet, sauté mushrooms and red pepper. Top cooked burgers with vegetables and sprinkle with crumbled Bleu cheese.
Serve on toasted burger buns.
