(19.5-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Hot Italian Turkey Sausage
ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
cup grated Romano cheese, if desired
In large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add onion; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add garlic; cook 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, sugar; bring to a simmer. Simmer, uncovered, 25 to 35 minutes or until sauce is desired consistency.
While sauce is simmering, Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Place dinner sausage in hot skillet. Cook uncovered, turning occasionally, 17-19 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
Cut sausage into 1/2-inch slices and add to sauce. Sever over spaghetti noodles and sprinkle with cheese, if desired.
