cups prepared stuffing
cups chopped cooked JENNIE-O® Oven Roasted Whole Turkey
cups grated Gruyere cheese
large eggs, lightly beaten or 2 cups egg substitute
cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
teaspoon kosher salt, if desired
teaspoon freshly ground pepper
teaspoon ground nutmeg
In large bowl, combine stuffing, turkey and cheese. Transfer to lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Whisk together eggs half-and-half, parsley, salt, if desired, pepper and nutmeg until blended. Pour egg mixture over stuffing mixture. Press bread to soak. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or up to 4 hours.
Heat oven to 350°F. Bake 45 minutes or until center reaches 165°F.
