medium potatoes, sliced into ½-inch slices

tablespoons melted butter

teaspoon kosher salt

teaspoon ground pepper

cup shredded cheddar cheese

cup chopped green onion
1/2
cup sour cream

Cook bacon as specified on the package, cool and finely chop. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Set aside.

Place potato slices on lightly greased baking sheet and brush tops with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 10 minutes, flip and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until tender.

Remove from oven. Sprinkle with cheese, green onion, and bacon. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream.
