cup chopped cranberry relish
tablespoon Dijon mustard
slices whole grain bread
ounces thinly sliced JENNIE-O® Honey Roasted Turkey Breast, from the service deli
ounces Gouda cheese, thinly sliced
thin slices red onion, separated into rings
In small bowl, mix together cranberry relish, mayonnaise and mustard. Spread cranberry mayo on each slice of bread.
On 4 bread slices, layer turkey, cheese, onion and lettuce. Top with remaining bread slices and cut in half.
