cup diced cucumber
cup plain low-fat yogurt
cup chopped red onion
tablespoons lemon juice
teaspoons dried dill weed
JENNIE-O® Italian Style Turkey Meatballs
(6-inch) whole wheat pita bread, warmed
cup shredded romaine lettuce
cup chopped tomatoes
In medium bowl, mix cucumber, yogurt, onion, lemon juice and dill; refrigerate.
Place desired number of meatballs in a single layer in a microwave-safe dish. Lightly cover and heat on high for 2-3 minutes or until hot. All microwave ovens and stovetops vary. Cooking times given are approximate. Cut each meatball in half; set aside.
Top pita with meatballs, lettuce and tomatoes. Spoon sauce down center and fold pita over.
