(20-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Boneless Turkey Tenderloins, cubed
teaspoons garlic powder
teaspoons chili powder
teaspoon freshly ground pepper
tablespoon chicken flavored granules
cup low-sodium tomato paste
(4-ounce) can CHI-CHI’S® Diced Green Chilies
cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, corn, carrots, beans), thawed
Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray or add 1 to 2 teaspoons oil. Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
Place tenderloins in hot skillet. Brown on both sides. Add 1/3 cup water. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, covered, 35 to 40 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
Add onion. Cook 5 minutes or until softened. Add garlic powder, chili powder and pepper. Cook 1 minute. Add chicken granules, water, tomato paste and chilies.
Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until hot.
