(20-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Boneless Turkey Breast Tenderloins
cup frozen peas, thawed
(2-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained
teaspoon poultry seasoning
freshly ground pepper
hot baked potatoes, split
Cut turkey tenderloins across grain to make 2½ x ½-inch strips. In skillet, over medium heat, melt butter. Sprinkle flour over tenderloins.
Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray or add 1 to 2 teaspoons oil. Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
Place tenderloins in hot skillet. Brown on both sides. Add ⅓ cup liquid. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, covered, 35 to 40 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
Stir in milk, cook 3 minutes or until thickened. Stir in peas, pimiento, poultry seasoning and pepper into thicken milk. Spoon sauce over hot baked potatoes.
Top with warm turkey.
