tablespoons chipotle flavored reduced-fat mayonnaise
whole wheat pita halves, separated
ounces julienne JENNIE-O® Tender Browned Turkey Breast, from the service deli
slices smoked Fontina cheese
cup chopped spinach
tablespoons shredded zucchini
tablespoons shredded carrots
tablespoons sliced red onion
tablespoons sliced green pepper
tablespoons banana peppers, if desired
Spread chipotle mayonnaise on both sides of pita. Layer turkey and cheese in pita.
In bowl, lightly toss spinach, zucchini, carrots, onion and green pepper.
Add vegetable mixture to each pita and top with banana peppers, if desired.
