Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed baby greens
  • 4 ounces cooked JENNIE-O® Hickory Smoked Cajun Style Turkey Breast
  • ½ cup cooked quinoa
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Place mixed greens in serving bowl. Top with turkey slices, quinoa, tomatoes, green onions, avocado and cilantro
  2. In small bowl, whisk together lime juice, oilve oil, honey, salt and pepper. Drizzle over salad.
