Turkey Bacon Roll-ups

These pinwheels will fly off the table when guests hear they’re packing crisp turkey bacon and indulgent cream cheese. Everyone will want this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 6 slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon
  • ½ (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • ⅓ pound JENNIE-O® DELI FAVORITES® Tender Browned Turkey Breast, thinly sliced, from the service deli
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach leaves

Directions

  1. Cook turkey bacon as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Chop and set aside.
  2. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, seasoning mix and bacon until smooth.
  3. Spread mixture evenly over one side of each flour tortilla, leaving a ½–inch border. Layer with spinach leaves and deli turkey. Roll tortilla gently and wrap with plastic wrap to secure tightly.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  5. Cut ends and slice into pinwheels.
