loaf sour dough bread, cubed (about 6 cups)
eggs, lightly beaten or 1.5 cups egg substitute
cups whole milk
cup heavy whipping cream
teaspoon ground cinnamon
teaspoon kosher salt
tablespoon vanilla extract

powdered sugar, whipped cream, if desired
In lightly greased, 2-quart dish, place bread cubes. In large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, cinnamon, salt and vanilla. Pour egg mixture over bread, pressing bread down to soak.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Uncover, sprinkle with Candied Turkey Bacon and bake 40 minutes or until eggs are set.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and top with whipped cream, if desired. Serve with maple syrup.
