Ingredients

  • Tzatziki Sauce:
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup fat-free sour cream
  • ½ cup finely chopped cucumber
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt, if desired
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper, if desired
  • 1 (2-pound) carton JENNIE-O® Turkey Burgers - All White Meat
  • 8 Bibb lettuce leaves
  • red onion slices
  • cucumber slices
  • fresh spinach leaves
  • fresh mint leaves

Directions

  1. For Tzatziki Sauce: In small bowl combine yogurt, sour cream, cucumber, mint leaves, salt and pepper, if desired. Set aside.
  2. Cook turkey burgers as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
  3. In lettuce leaf, place turkey burger. Add tzatziki sauce, red onion, cucumber, spinach, mint and Bibb lettuce top.
