Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Taco Seasoned Ground Turkey
  • 1 (15-ounce) can no added-salt petite diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 (15-ounce) can fat-free vegetarian refried beans
  • 8 taco shells
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • ¼ cup minced cilantro
  • ½ cup non-fat plain yogurt

Directions

  1. Cook turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Add tomatoes and beans. Add meat mixture to taco shells. Top with lettuce, tomato, cilantro and yogurt.
