Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Turkey Burger Patties
  • 4 reduced-calorie hamburger buns, split and toasted
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup wholeberry cranberry sauce
  • 8 arugula leaves

Directions

  1. Cook patties as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
  2. Spread cut sides of buns with horseradish. Top with cheese, patty, cranberry sauce, arugula and top of bun.
