Turkey Bacon Breakfast Bake

An easy breakfast bake recipe will make you forgive your alarm clock in the morning! Enjoy eggs, crispy turkey bacon, hash browns and cheese baked into a flaky crescent roll crust. Ready in under 60 minutes and under 300 calories per serving!

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) can crescent roll dough
  • 3 cups shredded frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 3 cups egg substitute or 12 eggs
  • 6 slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Cook turkey bacon as specified on the package; set aside. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Spray 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Place crescent roll dough in bottom of pan, pinching seams together to seal.
  2. Spread hash browns over dough. In mixing bowl, whisk eggs and pour over hash browns. Top with crumbled bacon. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until set. Sprinkle cheese over top and return to oven until melted.
