Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Ground Turkey Roll
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • ¼ cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 26 ounces tomato marinara sauce

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine turkey, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, parsley, cheese and pepper. Shape mixture into 1¼-inch diameter meatballs. In skillet over medium-high heat, cook meatballs 14 to 16 minutes, turning occasionally. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
  2. Add marinara sauce. Stir to coat meatballs. Turn heat to medium-low and simmer, 15 to 20 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly and flavors blend.
