(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Ground Turkey Roll
cup pizza sauce
tablespoons chopped fresh basil
teaspoon freshly ground pepper
cup shredded pizza cheese
cup grated Parmesan cheese
cup ricotta cheese
Heat oven to 350°F.
Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey to hot skillet. Stir to crumble, approximately 14 to 16 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
Add pizza sauce, basil and pepper.
Simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until thickened.
Cut circles from wonton wrappers to fit muffin pan. Place round of wonton in the bottom of 6 muffin cups.
In small bowl, combine cheeses.
Spread cheese mixture on wonton wrapper and add turkey mixture. Repeat with layers twice. Cover with wonton wrapper. Sprinkle with cheese mixture.
Bake 20 minutes or until edges are brown. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Run knife around edge of each lasagna cupcake before removing.
