Turkey Bruschetta Panini

A turkey spin on an Italian classic!  These paninis make zesty entrées for lunch, dinner or entertaining. Featuring JENNIE-O® Oven Browned Turkey Breast, sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella cheese, these panini sandwiches won't last long wherever you serve them.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 4 slices Italian bread
  • 4 ounces thinly sliced JENNIE-O® Oven Browned Turkey Breast, from the service deli
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup basil pesto
  • 6 sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained

Directions

  1. Heat panini grill. Spread mayonnaise on bread slices. Add turkey, cheese, basil pesto and tomato. Top with second bread slice.
  2. Grill 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
