Ingredients

  • 2 (12-ounce) packages pizza dough
  • 12 ounces JENNIE-O® Tender Browned Turkey Breast, from the service deli
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
  • ¼ cup egg substitue or 1 egg

Directions

  1. Make pizza dough as specified on package. Divide dough into 6 equal portions. Roll into balls. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Roll each ball into 6-inch rounds.
  2. Place 2 ounces turkey on one round. Top with cheese slice. Add ⅓ cup broccoli. Fold dough over to enclose filling. Press edges together with fork. Repeat with remaining dough, turkey, cheese and broccoli. Place on baking sheet.
  3. Brush with egg. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
