Ingredients

  • 1 (20-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Boneless Turkey Breast Tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1⅔ cups milk
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained
  • ½ teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 4 hot baked potatoes, split

Directions

  1. Cut turkey tenderloins across grain to make 2½ x ½-inch strips. In skillet, over medium heat, melt butter. Sprinkle flour over tenderloins. Cook tenderloins as specifed on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
  2. Stir in milk, cook 3 minutes or until thickened. Stir in peas, pimiento, poultry seasoning and pepper into thicken milk. Spoon sauce over hot baked potatoes. Top with warm turkey.
