
Salsa & Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps
Served with a tasty sour cream and salsa dipping sauce, these little taco wraps are fast, fresh and fantastic. A simple weeknight dinner with ground turkey and fresh cilantro. Under 300 calories per serving!



Ingredients
- ½ cup fat-free sour cream or Greek yogurt
- ½ cup LA VICTORIA® SUPREMA™ Salsa
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Taco Seasoned Ground Turkey
- 8 to 12 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 cup crumbled LA VICTORIA® tortilla chips
- 2 green onions, chopped
Directions
- To make the salsa dipper, in small bowl combine sour cream, salsa, cilantro, lime juice and honey; set aside in refrigerator.
- Cook turkey as specified on package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer: cool slightly.
- To serve, spoon turkey into each lettuce leaf. Top with salsa dipper, crumbled tortilla chips and green onions. Serve with extra dipping sauce.
