Ingredients

  • 8 slices of JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon, crumbled
  • ½ cup LA VICTORIA® SUPREMA® Salsa
  • ¼ cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 (8-inch) LA VICTORIA® Flour Tortillas
  • 1⅓ cups chopped iceberg or romaine lettuce
  • 8 slices heirloom tomato
  • 8 slices avocado

Directions

  1. Cook turkey bacon as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Set aside.
  2. Layer lettuce and tomato on tortilla. Place 2 slices bacon and 2 avocado slices on each tortilla.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly and slice in half diagonally. Secure with wooden pick.
